This 2010 BMW 535i xDrive Sports Wagon was modified under previous ownership with work that involved installing a Phoenix Racing intake manifold with supplemental E85 port injectors, a TiAL blow-off valve, a VR Speed Factory intercooler, and 19″ Rohana RC7 wheels. It was acquired by the seller’s spouse in 2022 and subsequently fitted with RB Turbo next-generation turbochargers, a revised 93-octane ECU tune, and a replacement high-pressure fuel pump, spark plugs, and tires. Finished in Alpine White over Cream Beige leather, the car is powered by a twin-turbocharged 3.0L inline-six that turns all four wheels through a six-speed automatic transmission. Further equipment includes an aftermarket front lip spoiler, KW V3 coilovers, M5-style front brake calipers, a panoramic sunroof, heated multi-contour front seats, a heated steering wheel, an optional Logic7 surround sound system, and iDrive infotainment with navigation. This E61 has 126k miles and is now offered by the seller on behalf of their wife with a window sticker, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Michigan title in the current owner’s name.
The car is finished in Alpine White (300) and is equipped with the optional M Sport Package, which added an aerodynamic body kit and Shadowline trim. Machine-finished 19″ Rohana RC7 wheels were mounted with Continental ExtremeContact Sport 02 tires in August 2023, and the seller adds they’ve since accrued 6k miles of wear. The suspension features KW V3 coilovers, an M5-style rear sway bar, and Ultra Racing front and rear strut tower braces. Blue-finished M5-style front brake calipers over cross-drilled rotors have been installed, and the seller tells us that steel braided brake lines and StopTech front and rear pads are fitted.
The heated, power-adjustable, and multi-contour front seats are upholstered in Cream Beige leather, while wood trim accents the dashboard, center console, and door panels. The optional Logic7 surround sound system features 13 speakers and two subwoofers, and amenities also include front seat position memory settings, dual-zone automatic climate control, a CD stereo, rear window sunshades, and iDrive infotainment with navigation. The antenna amplifier was replaced in 2022.
The heated leather-wrapped M Sport steering wheel frames a 160-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 7k-rpm redline alongside gauges for fuel level and instant fuel economy. The digital odometer indicates 126k miles, approximately 14k of which have been added under current ownership.

The seller states after purchasing the car, the auxiliary parts for E85 fuel were deactivated and the car was re-tuned for 93-octane fuel, and adds that the components could be reactivated if desired. The high-pressure fuel pump, spark plugs, and hood support struts were replaced in December 2022.
Power is sent to all four wheels through a six-speed automatic transmission. An XHP transmission software tune is said to be installed as well as a custom 3.5″ exhaust system with AR Design downpipes.
The window sticker lists initial delivery to BMW Gallery in Norwood, Massachusetts, along with factory colors, equipment, and a total suggested retail price of $65,720.
